Remember that you don’t need a gym to get a daily workout in, stay healthy and feel great. Especially now more than ever it’s important to take care of your immune system and overall health.

We encourage you to keep the challenge going and challenge yourself to complete a home workout every day. There are plenty of “home workout” videos out there! You don’t have to lift weights to get your heart rate up, maybe try switching it up with active Yoga or Push up challenge. Whatever feels right! Get inspired, get your workout in and feel free to share it here on Appics.
